The goals of the International Musical Competition UPOL-ova svirel are solistic and chamber music performing, experience exchange between young musicians, motivation for further musical study as well as searching for new talents with promoting orchestral culture. Bodite pozorni, da bo potrebna udeležba na zaključnem koncertu finalistov v nedeljo, v kolikor želite prejeti diplomo (pravilnik člen 7, 8. odstavek): "Objava rezultatov ter podelitev priznanj in nagrad bo v nedeljo, 1. aprila 2012, na zaključnem koncertu. Prevzem priznanj in nagrad je možen le osebno tisti dan. Če tekmovalec ali njegov zastopnik priznanja oziroma nagrade ne pride iskat, ju nima več pravice zahtevati."

Note that according to the Regulations (article 7, pragraph 8) you have to stay until Sunday evening in order to receive your Diploma: "The competitor will receive his award or diploma personally. He or his agent should be present at the Final concert (1st of April 2012) where all the diplomas will be delivered after the Concert at the award ceremony. If the competitor or his agent will not be present at the ceremony, the diploma will not be delivered and can not be claimed (required) afterwards."

Application forms for Soloists and for Chamber music groups are now available to you for registering to our Competition Svirél 2012. Instructions: transfer your entry fee (your fee can be calculated through our internet application form), fill in the internet application form, bring a valid photo-bearing ID document and three copies of your competition parts with you. Detailed information is presented in our regulations.
