OrkesterkamP Windband (Orchestracamp) is an annual seminar for young musicians. It's primary goals are performances of top-level and atractive literature for Symphonic winds as well as individual and chamber music masterclasses. The festival part of our seminar is being held by internationally acknowledged orchestras, soloists nad conductors.

Slovenian coast with its pleasant location as well as social gathering and teachers with good references are an assurance for quality of the program as seen from the large number of participants every year.

Hello to all students, mentors and organisers of the UPOL Orkesterkamp 2009!

It was a great pleasure to join you in Slovenia – my first trip to your beautiful country. Congratulations to all students! You really developed and played so well. An orchestra is born! It is incredible what happened during those few days. Congratulations also to the conductors who joined the master class. Bravi tutti!

Last but not least, thanks and compliments to the UPOL organising team for the great job you did. The Orkesterkamp plays a leading role in the development of music education in Slovenia, and of wind music in particular. Najlepša hvala!

Thank you all for the wonderful time together. I hope we meet again before too long. Always enjoy music and music making – they are life’s best partner.
